During our University life, all of us may experience personal, relational or academic obstacles: Counseling services offer you the chance to talk about any issue or emotional challenge you wish to address with our mental health professionals.
The individual counseling service offers students the chance to refer to a professional counselor through one-to-one sessions to discuss personal, relational or academic difficulties that may arise within your academic path
If you’d first like to get a better sense of individual counseling, we invite you to participate in our Walk-In Service, which offers an informal confidential meeting with a Bocconi counselor, lasting around 15 minutes and with no appointment necessary. The Walk-In service is available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3 to 7pm.
During your university career, you might experience issues that are often common and recurring among students: Bocconi offers a series of group workshops with specific focuses such as adjusting and Wellbeing during your study-abroad experience. Participating in these workshops may provide you with a number of useful tools and tips and help you connect with peers that might be experiencing similar emotions. The group sessions are moderated by a Bocconi counseling team psychologist as group facilitator.

Wellbeing is…taking a breath and grounding
Mind-body balance is important and the correlation between physical and mental wellbeing is way tighter than we tend to think. Being grounded and aware is what keeps us connected to ourselves and the outside World. Here in Bocconi you can take part in meditation and yoga courses, as well as other initiatives of self-growth and empowerment, such as enhancing experience activities (supplementary activities that grant Master of Science students 2 extra credit points), and soft-skills development activities, courses aimed for you to acquire or develop your skills (either to improve your university course or to broaden your personal and interpersonal background).
Sport
Wellbeing is… Sports and an active lifestyle
Sports play a fundamental role in student life.
At Bocconi, you can practice sports at an amateur level, taking part in intramural tournaments, or at a competitive level, joining one of our agonistic teams, choosing your favorite discipline.
You can also contribute to the organization of one or more activities in a managerial role.
